*Go for a stroll on the path steps away, better yet take one of the provided bikes down the scenic bike path along the river or up to the beautiful Friendship Gardens.
*There are 4 bedrooms of various sizes with 4 queen beds and 2 twin beds. 3 of the bedrooms also have desks.

*This home has 2 bedrooms on the main level and 2 on the second level with an extra 2 pc. washroom upstairs.

*The deck and everything on it belongs to the basement tenant.
* New starting July 2026. You will have a private patio with gazebo in the back yard.
*Parking is available for a car and truck.
*Ask about bike usage
*Grass cutting, shovelling or snow blowing may happen during your stay, as required.
*Although it can sleep up to 8 people comfortably , the kitchen will only seat 6 people.
*It's been our experience that for some reason kids love jumping and stomping up and down the stairs, just a friendly reminder to be more mindful and respectful, thanks.

Host was easy to reach, returned messages right away, and was so friendly. The house was as expected; clean and modern. The location was perfect; close to shops, restaurants and parks. I would highly recommend this house for their stay in Thunder Bay.

Beautiful, very clean house! We were two couples, one slept upstairs and one on the main floor so it felt like you had your own space. Kitchen was great for cooking the meals we wanted to. We didn't use the backyard but it would be nice for visiting and kids to run around.
Highly, highly recommend this vacation house!!

The house was perfect for three couples sharing the home for a few days for a family reunion. Enough space to sit and visit and bedrooms were sufficient for the couples. Good that there was a second powder room. Kitchen was well equipped for meals.The house was central for getting around Thunder Bay.

The house was very clean and modern.
No hot tub was viewable from the inside of the house nor were bikes accessible. We did not utilize the back yard because the owner was sitting out there and then proceeded to mow the lawn while we were in attendance inside the house. It was difficult for us to feel comfortable leaving while he was there and knew the entrance code.
He also showed up early in the morning the day we departed. Seems as if he didn’t trust us. His being there made us feel uncomfortable.
And the back door is locked which is a huge safety issue if a fire were to occur.
The basement is continually occupied which creeped us out. We assumed that the house was free of other occupants. We would not have rented if we would have known. We could hear a tv and see lights via the vents in the lower bedrooms.
The house is very close to the airport so noise from planes was routine.
A grab bar and tub mat for the shower is suggested for those with mobility issues.
Also a listing of recommended restaurants and local grocery stores, along with their addresses, would be beneficial for those who are new to the area.
