Welcome to the most reputable area in the North End of Virginia Beach where nature and beach come together. Enjoy the quiet residential setting of this 4 bedroom,3 bathroom North End oceanside duplex unit. The unit is north of Shore Drive, in the high 80s streets, the most private and family-oriented part of Virginia Beach. A short 150 foot walk leads to the boardwalk over the sand dunes to the wildest and most scenic beach in the resort area. This tastefully decorated and spacious two-story unit is perfect for families with children or couples who look for comfort and relaxation. The unit features a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor deck, an outdoor shower, huge yard where you can listen to the ocean and fire up the grill to prepare a meal. All rooms are equipped with smart TVs and High-speed internet. Beach chairs, boogie boards, and other assorted beach toys are provided for family enjoyment. Located 5 min by car from the resort strip and Shore drive. 4 Designated parking spaces.

The owners were very responsive, easy to work with, and had extremely reasonable cleanup expectations. I would stay at any of his properties based on this experience.

We had a great stay overall !
Property is right next to the beach and great for young kids as no roads need to be crossed for access. 4 rooms were great for our family! Bathrooms and rooms were a bit dated but we were there for the beach so this was not a big issue. Outdoor shower is very convenient post-beach! :)
