About this villa rental
A villa immersed in the countryside of Valle d'Itria with panoramic views over vineyards and olive groves, for a dream holiday focused on relaxation by the pool.
Recently built, the villa comprises a spacious living area with the possibility of a double sofa bed and a kitchen-diner with access to the large veranda, where you can dine or have lunch, as well as relax by the poolside.
2 bedrooms, one double with en suite bathroom and one twin, plus a second bathroom. The large window in the living area offers a unique landscape.
This residential solution is the perfect alternative for those who want to treat themselves to a relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but with the desire to share the special moments offered by this evocative location with their closest relatives or friends.

Ostuni, known to the world as the White City, is the pearl of the Valle d'Itria. Its historic centre, of a blinding white, immense, culminates with the Cathedral (600 metres from the apartment) which imperiously dominates the plain of olive trees, the coastal dune park and a clear and crystalline sea. Characteristic are its alleyways, Piazza della Libertà (5 minutes away) and the column of S. Oronzo which majestically protects the town.
Its countryside extends into the heart of the Valle d'Itria. A few kilometres away is Ceglie Messapica, a centre of tradition and food and wine culture, Cisternino, a village recognised amongst the most beautiful in Italy, Alberobello whose famous trulli have been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1996. About 30 km to the north we find the Archaeological Park of Egnazia, Monopoli and Polignano a Mare, ancient fishing villages with evocative historic centres and beautiful beaches. To the north (80 km) we find Bari, the gateway to the Orient, whilst heading south we encounter first the Torre Guaceto nature reserve, then Brindisi to reach Lecce, capital of the Baroque. Moving towards the west there is Taranto, heart of Magna Graecia and finally Matera, characteristic for its sassi and European Capital of Culture 2019.
The nearest airports and ports are Brindisi (60 minutes) and Bari (60 minutes).

Very nice modern house in a great location. Pictures accurately represented the property. Pool and patio were wonderful amenities. Kitchen is small but functional, with full size fridge and four burner gas range. House was clean and reasonably well maintained. Host was responsive and helpful. Check in gets four stars (only) because the on-line process was a little glitchy (not recognizing a passport and not reflecting payment of the tourist tax) but these were sorted out with the agent upon arrival with no issues. Overall, would recommend this property.

Overall the villa was great, the layout and pool were perfect for our needs and the place was clean.
We traveled with a baby and were hoping for a microwave for sterilising bottles, there wasn’t one but that’s on us for not checking. The communication from the team beforehand was fantastic and I’d like to leave a personal huge thank you to Martina.
On our last day we had a flat tyre on the hire car and she went above and beyond to help us resolve the situation - without her help we would have been totally stuck so thank you so so so much!
Only slight areas of improvement for me - I will say that the description lists this villa as within walking distance to places - it’s not. You will absolutely need a car to get anywhere, that said the towns nearby are all within 10/12 minutes and lovely for aperitivo or strolling in the day.
Other than that, there is an expectation to dispose of your own rubbish at the “local” recycling centre (5km away) which we weren’t aware of…thank you again for helping Martina 😘.

We enjoyed the pool and dining outdoors. The property overlooked the beautiful countryside and is close to many charming towns. The property had everything we needed.
