Nice little getaway. Most roads are ATV friendly. Just a few miles from 4 Hatfield and McCoy Off Road trails. Close to State Park, hiking, biking, kayaking, fishing, hunting, and much more. Plenty of parking. Pet friendly. Newly remodeled. Heat and A/C. Covered porches. Grill and firepit. Perfect getaway or daily rental. Neighbors are extremely friendly and helpful. Don't miss out! Close to many restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. Delivery is available if you don't feel like driving.

We had a very nice stay at the Franklin Lodge. Great location, the caretaker Pete was very helpful with information about the area. House was clean and had everything we needed.

Well kept home. Plenty of parking space. We used it mostly for place to sleep as we were visiting family during the day.

Need new skillets. Found dirty dishes put away in cabinets. Cleaner needs to inspect that before new guests check in. Great parking area and access to Hatfield trails.
