Période July and August: Check ins and Check outs saturdays only.
La Cabane is a lovely 150 m² house, situated in the middle of a 6 hectares private field, with no vis-à-vis.
It includes:
- A living room with a fire place, 3 sofas, 3 armchairs and 2 occasional tables,
- A dining room with a fire place, a farm table (244*95), 2 benches, and 2 old sideboards,
- The kitchen is fully equipped,
- In the dining room, there is a Hi-Fi Sony radio with Bluetooh connection for smartphone (2*20W RMS)
- A long corridor which gives access to the 4 bedrooms, all having a south view,
- 3 bedrooms with a 160*200 bed,
- 1 bedroom with two 80*200 beds,
- 2 baby's cots and 2 high chairs,
- 1 bathroom with an italian shower and one basin,
- 1 independant WC with a basin,
- 1private bathroom for the bedroom 4, with a shower, one basin and one WC,
- 1 room with a 8kg washing machine, a 8kg drying machine, and a storage cupboard,
- A 32 m² terrace, which is south oriented, equipped with:
* a garden table, surrounded by 6 garden chairs and 2 garden armchairs,
* a WEBER SPIRIT PREMIUM E310 gaz barbecue,
* a glass/iron occasional table, surrounded by 8 armchairs,
* 3 triangular garden sunshade,
* 4 small garden sunshade .
- A 40 m² terrace, which is west oriented, equipped with:
* a garden occasional table, 4 garden armchairs.
* an electrical roller blind (9m*3.5m)
- 1 tennis-table table,

Absolutely fabulous villa in a beautiful and tranquil private position! All of the facilities in La Cabane are perfect especially in the lovely kitchen where every piece of equipment required is provided to a very high specification, along with a good selection of condiments, oils and spices etc that aren't normally available in rentals. Also coffee and teas, toilet and kitchen rolls, filtered water from the fridge, gas for the barbecue and towels for the bathroom and the beach.The host Patrick went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible. We have been renting many villas through VRBO (previously Owners Direct) for over 20 years and his communication was 100% the best we have ever had and La Cabane is one of the best properties we have stayed at.The journey to the beach is through a private gate and then along a very nice grass path through the fields where you just have to cross the coast road to access the sea. La Cabane was a wonderful experience and we will definitely be back again!

It was a wonderful week. The house is spacious, extremely well equipped, built in very good quality.Nice atmosphere, a lot of personal things from traveling.
The greatest part is the garden. It is huge and perfectly designed and cared for.A lot of fantastic trees. Nobody around and completely quiet
It is a paradise to Relax
Highly recommended

La Cabane is a lovely, very well equipped home. We visited with our son who is in a wheelchair and the property was very suitable for his needs. The outside dining and seating areas are excellent . The surrounding garden and extensive grounds are wonderful and so peaceful. Patrick was very helpful at the time of booking and when we first arrived,
We thoroughly enjoyed a very relaxing stay.

The description shown on the website is very accurate and the booking process was simple. The property is terrific. Although the house can accommodate 8 people, we travelled as a couple with our 2 Labrador dogs. We chose the property because of the description and reviews. We were not disappointed, the house is very well equipped and has a massive garden which our dog’s loved. We felt comfortable that they were safe even when out of sight. The location is also very good, 10 minutes from the nearest supermarket in St Pierre and 10 minutes walk to the nearest beach. Trips to places like Rochefort and La Rochelle are also within easy reach. The owner Patrick, visited us on the mid Saturday to ensure that all was well. He speaks good English so any Brits should feel comfortable. In summary, a great rental which suited us perfectly and I would recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful holiday in a modern, well equipped house.
