Detached, single-story cottage located in a quiet village, not far from the Nantes/Vannes road. Semi-enclosed garden with trees, 840 m².
Living room/dining room, separate kitchen, 2 bedrooms (2 double beds 140x190 cm), bathroom, separate WC. Amenities included: freezer compartment, stereo system.
Not included: electric heating, electricity, bed linen and towels (available upon request).
Mandatory cleaning fee for business clients (€65).
Pets (€5/day - €100 deposit).
La Baule is 35 km away.
