Very good location, right in Federal Hill, walkable/bikeable from downtown, RISD, or Brown. A spacious, pleasant place to see the city from.

A nice spacious place on a quiet side street just a very short walk to downtown. A great location if you want to get out and explore. The host was quick to respond with any questions. I will definitely look for this location if I plan another trip. Thanks - Bill

Very communicative. Apartment was clean and warm even though we came in late in the evening.

The property is spacious, and the location excellent. For being so close to Atwells Ave it was also much quieter at night than I would have expected. The beds are reasonably comfortable. But everything else about the place is not good. Much of it is badly in need of basic upkeep -- fixtures missing, furniture breaking, etc. The kitchen is so poorly equipped that it is unusable for even the most basic things -- for example there were exactly two drinking glasses, two knives and not a single pot or pan of any kind. The rest of the home is barely minimally stocked -- e.g., exactly one small bath towel per person, but no hand towels, kitchen towels, or paper towels at all. Listing it as having a garden is a little misleading -- it is such an overgrown patch of weeds, with a couple of plastic chairs too dirty to sit in, that it is unusable.I would not choose to stay here again.
