The Villa consists of a large living and dining room area leading to an open kitchen, a luminous corridor leading to the rooms, three double bedrooms, one of them master with ensuite bathroom, and a common bathroom. The whole indoor area measures 110 square meters. The Villa features BBQ area and is set on 3500sqm!

Villa Carvella is situated in Akrotiri, 5 km away from Zakynthos town and 10 km away from the islands airport. Standing on a hilltop, just 30 meters above the sandy beach of Tsilivi, it offers majestic Ionian views being at the same time in a walking distance from the beach or the center of the resort town.
A car is essential to those who wish to explore the island! The villa is close to the beach and to the lively resort of Tsilivi!

Climate tax is to be paid in cash upon arrival, as no bank or card commissions can be applied. The climate tax is 15 euros per night.
Cleaning service is provided every 3 days.
Tap water is not drinkable due to high salt concentration. It is safe for showering and brushing teeth.
Please do not flush toilet paper. Use the bin provided, as the Greek plumbing system is not designed for paper waste.
