Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

The indoor pool was great. Apartment was nice and clean however in need of some maintenance with a hole in the bathroom ceiling.
Terrible communication with booking as it’s an offshore call centre and had multiple issues as unable to receive calls back when promised and got stuffed around with key collection from them. Luckily office in Anglesea was still open even though we arrived just after 5pm and staff were lovely, but would be better to have a direct number to their office.
Beds were so hard and uncomfortable, considering price paid to stay I expected more luxurious. Our daughter tripped/stubbed toes a few times on bedroom to lounge room lip near carpet (which was very dangerous).
Bedroom needs a fan installed as no aircon in there and was so hot, curtains don’t block out much either so was very bright in the morning or to get daughter down for nap.
Great location and resort is lovely, just needs a bit of maintenance done to apartment and more comfortable beds.
Walking distance to everything so very convenient.

We did like the resort pool and location very close to beach and town.
Unfortunately was missing the following:
cleaning facilities/ vacuum cleaner/ bath shampoo or soap/ welcome pack of tea bags or coffee - sugar/ wifi/ rubbish bags and only 1 toilet paper role for 5 nights stay.
