Welcome to Villa Number One

Escape to this little piece of paradise and relax on the quiet and lovely sandy beach or by the pool that is right outside your patio door. The villa is a corner unit and away from the pool. Located in the quaint village of Bodden Town, away from the hustle and bustle of 7Mile Beach, and within walking distance to some shops, fish fry on the beach and a few restaurants. The villa is also centrally located between Rum Point, Kaibo, East End and 7mile Beach.
A rental car is not included however highly recommended as the island is too beautiful not to explore. You can rent a car from the Expedia website for as low as $9/day! Just choose "GCM Owen Roberts International Airport" for the pickup and drop off location as the rental car companies are a 3-5 minute walk from the airport entrane/exit doors :)

***SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: Please note that the condo is better suited for 4 guests (the second bedroom has two twin size beds) as additional guests will have to sleep on the basic sofa bed in the living room or a queen blow up mattress (stored in one of the bedroom closets). If you would like to save money on accommodations, the unit can sleep up to 8 as I do not charge extra for extra guests so please be mindful if you are tryng to save on accommodation costs and do what you can to keep the condo clean and tidy***
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE:
I try to accommodate all guests during the "purgatory period" between 11am-4pm when the condo is being cleaned. Flights may land earlier than checkin time and depart later than checkout time. That said, the bedrooms are cleaned first and utilized as holding rooms for the luggage. Note that there is never an additional charge for an early checkin/late checkout in hopes that everyone can understand and work together on a stress free vacation arrival/departure. I do need a heads up please in case an early checkin/late checkout is in fact needed, so I can communicate with guests arriving/departing so everyone can be on the same page .
Only in the summer months, there may be some sargassum/seaweed on the beach that Mother Nature gifts us which is out of our control and the landscaping team works diligently to remove as much sargassum as they can on a daily basis. There are several beautiful beaches around the island that you could explore and the property is stocked with portable folding beach chairs, cooler and some beach goodies you bring with you to enjoy when exploring.
For bookings that are 14 days and longer, one complimentary maid service will be offered every 7 days.
TRAVELLING WITH A GROUP OF FRIENDS/FAMILY AND NEED TO BOOK EXTRA VILLAS?
Villa #5 (Property ID 3176061) and Villa #10 (Property ID 2769533) are in the same complex and within steps of each other so you all can be close and still have your own space.

Beautiful view and nice beach access. Unit was clean, bright and had everything we needed. Lots of interesting snorkeling from shore with a reef close causing waves to constantly break right off shore. Made for a constant relaxing sound.. Seaweed was around but you during our stay but manageable.

We spent a week at Seabreeze Villas as a family of three, and it struck a great balance of comfort, location, and fun.Mid-island made exploring simple—quiet when we wanted it, just 30-35 minutes to Seven Mile Beach or the East Side. Rent a car for the freedom and flexibility; GC is very accessible this way. Home is right off a main road with easy parking, but very quiet inside. Seconds to groceries, gas, a bakery, ice cream, and casual dinner spots.The unit is bright, spacious, and practical in the best way. Multiple bathrooms meant no bottlenecks, and in-unit laundry kept beach life easy. The full kitchen had all the necessities to make eating in (and saving ) easy. Powerful A/C, comfy beds (king was nice), and consistently quiet nights made a real difference. Awesome views the electric-aqua sea from two sides and from both floors — this was the best. Just epic. Big TVs in each room gave everyone space to wind down.Outside is where it really shines: pool steps from the slider, ocean just beyond. You can go from coffee to swimming/snorkeling in minutes. We saw plenty of fish, queen conchs, etc. The reef keeps the water calmer for less confident swimmers; water shoes help with the rocky shore. The pool was great for easy, sargassum-free swims mornings and evenings.Snorkels, beach chairs, floats, kids’ beach tools all available. Plenty of beach towels. We met several unit owners and guests—each a joy to know. These choosy travelers would ABSOLUTELY return!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay this past week. It was a good middle spot from rum point and seven mile beach area. Snorkeling is just a few steps away. There is a cute coffee shop right across the street that has pastries and coffee and another shop that has gelato. Condo was just as pictured and quiet. No need to pack a cooler, as one is provided . Big plus! A few toys/snorkel gear was also a plus. For groceries, I would suggest going to cost-u-less located near seven mile for value stocking up but most stores are closed on sundays. This was our 4th Cayman trip and first time not located on seven mile. For the value and price, we would absolutely stay in this area again. Thanks for a fabulous week!

The area is very quite which is what we wanted. This condo is nice but very short on a few necessities. Lack of silverware, toilet paper, paper towels etc. The condo is clean but needs work done. Bathtub does not work very well. None of the sliding doors work properly. We had an enjoyable week however I would suggest the owner to fix the minor things.
