The apartment was great. The location and views were really nice as well. Driving up the apartment on the narrow roads was tight. If you have a big car then it will be a bit difficult. The apartment itself is nice and well laid out. The stairs down to the kitchen are very tight and if you have mobility issues, you may find that descend difficult. We used the kitchen for bfast and couldn't get the coffee maker to work and there were no instructions. Also no working fan above the stove. I would suggest making sure there are fans in the room as it was warm and there is no AC unit in the bedrooms, just 1 unit in the main room. The walk up to the apartment from the beach is approximately 13 mins and there is a path you can take. We figured it out but would have been nice if more area suggestions were made from the host.

Lovely apartment, very nice & modern inside and comfortable, with amazing views from the deck. Very responsive and helpful host. It's definitely a steep uphill hike to get from the town to the apartment, but that's the price you pay for the view! Can also take a taxi from the town to the apartment for about 15-20 euros (just make sure they drop you off at the right place, it's further up the hill from the lower B&B il Parco units). Overall we had a great stay and would highly recommend this spot!

Very clean and comfortable apartment with incredible views. 10 minutes walk to the town center. Gaia was great with communication! I would highly recommend staying here.

It was challenging to find the location. The host should’ve have met us. The VRBO location on my app was wrong. You must have a car or use a taxi each time you want to get to the house. It is a very arduous climb. I’m in excellent shape and it was hard. There is a very narrow spiral staircase between the sleeping level and kitchen. Could be dangerous and it was annoying. There was no hot tub or washer As advertised.The view was pretty. Pleasant to sit and have a drink and meats and cheeses.
