We feel privileged to live and work in an area that is known for its beauty. This is our backyard. We love sharing it, and encourage you to make us part of your holiday plans.
The Space:
Welcome to Wye9!
Finished in Jan 2020, Wye9 captures beautiful treetop and beach views and is an ideal place to enjoy the lovely coastal hamlet of Wye River. Perfectly suited to couples or a small family, Wye9 features stylish multiple living areas across 2 storeys, with open plan kitchen, dining and lounge, a rear deck and an expansive balcony that spans the entire upper level.
Walk, surf, ride bikes, cook, soak in the view or just chill out. This is not just another “holiday rental” . it is a warm, well-loved beach home and is set up for like-minded people to enjoy as the property owners do.
Reverse cycle heating/cooling and a wood burning fireplace maintain the perfect temperatures year-round.
Wye9 is about 750m walk to the beach or a 2-minute drive.
Your dog is very welcome to stay, too!

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

This property was of a high standard, nothing less. Quality furnishings crockery and appliances. If you are used to these in your everyday life, this house is for you. The view sensational, the location perfect. Will recommend to friends and will return.

We arrived for the first cold weather. The house was cosy and warm with a very effective fire. We have had a lovely stay, a very well thought out holiday home with all the comforts and a spectacular view.
