Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.

One Seagrove Place will be undergoing a significant property improvement project. Extensive preparatory work is expected to begin shortly after Labor Day 2026, ahead of the main phase of the project currently anticipated to begin around November 1.
We want to make sure you are aware of the following potential impacts when planning your stay:
CONSTRUCTION NOISE
Guests should expect elevated noise levels during normal construction hours, with some phases of the project expected to be louder than others.
POOL CLOSURE
The property's 40-year-old pool will be completely renovated and will be unavailable during this phase of construction. The pool is expected to reopen in early spring 2027.
BEACH ACCESS
The direct beach walkway may shift at times due to construction activity. When necessary, guests will be directed to the public beach access walkway immediately next to the building.
BICYCLE RENTALS & STORAGE
On-site bicycle rentals and bike storage will be unavailable during the construction period. If you plan to bring your own bicycle, it must be stored on your vehicle during your stay. Bicycles are not permitted inside the building.
PARKING
Parking restrictions are expected during portions of the project. Additional information will be provided as specific restrictions and timelines are confirmed.

Condo is nice, everyone is friendly . June grass limited our beach time this trip. We took the time to explore places near here.
Panama City Beach is 30 min to the East and Destin 30 min to the West.

Location on beach is great - great views and also close to elevator was nice. The couch felt kinda dirty and worn down , super sinky/squishy- the one arm was collapsed a bit (like maybe somebody broke it??) - the kitchen counters, fridge, and all were nice - but cabinets definitely need some help, one shelf was barely staying on I had to balance some bowls near the front of shelf to keep from tipping over (left of fridge). floors are nice -like the look and the furniture, except couch. View is great and loved the high adirondack chairs!
Nice washer and dryer -full size! The pool area needs work - the wood deck where lounge chairs is needing repair and the concrete tiles/curved edges are loose, some missing. But we swam in pool quite a bit and water was clean. We had good time for sure!! Thank you!

Very nice place, the view was gorgeous seen a lot of dolphins.
