This second floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has screened patios off both bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en suite bathroom. The guest bedroom has two twin beds. The cathedral ceilings in the living and dining areas will impress you. This property is great for golf enthusiasts! With a member transfer fee, you get unlimited golf and access to all club amenities. Come, and see why people return to The Plantations year after year!
Don't miss the gorgeous beaches of Venice Beach, Caspersen Beach, and Manasota Key Beach which are located just minutes away. Choose from endless restaurants or shop at the charming boutiques of downtown Venice. Catch your fish of the day on the Venice Fishing Pier, or venture farther south, and explore Don Pedro Island State Park accessible only by boat or ferry, where you can get lost within the mangrove forests, dunes, and beaches. Be sure to look out for the local wildlife, including West Indian manatees, tortoises, bald eagles, and Loggerhead turtles. Charlotte Harbor Preserve State Park (the third largest state park in Florida), is a popular spot to bike, walk, and run, as well as Cape Haze Pioneer Trail Park, where an 8-mile trail runs alongside a former railroad corridor.
Your reservation may require you to fill out a Home Owners Association application that may request personal details. Any application fees required by the HOA are non-refundable.

Vehicle Policy: Commercial/recreational vehicles, trailers, boats, motorcycles, and campers are prohibited.

This place was perfect for my golf trip. The home was clean, comfortable, and close to the course, which made it easy to head out for early rounds. After a day of playing, it was great to come back to a quiet space where I could relax and recharge. I couldn't have asked for a better setup.

We stayed here as a family and really enjoyed it. The condo had everything we needed, and the setting was peaceful. It was easy to cook meals together and spend time relaxing after exploring nearby activities. The kids felt right at home, and we left with great memories.
