Unwind in Scotch Plains at this enchanting apartment. This cozy retreat features 2 welcoming bedrooms with queen beds, a lovely bathroom with a bathtub, and an additional living space with a comfy sofa bed and a kitchen area. Guests can enjoy amenities like WiFi, AC, and heating during their stay.
The wonderful, spacious apartment is a 30 min train ride from NYC, a short ride from Newark airport [EWR] and JFK airport in NYC. Kickback, relax and enjoy everything in NJ and NY and our apartment has to offer. Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families with kids. All people are welcome! Just friendly reminder that your apartment is on frist floor of the house. There will be at most two hosts living on the top floor, but guests will be given complete privacy and should rarely run into hosts unless help is needed.

Place was exactly what we needed. We were in town for a hockey camp, so we just needed somewhere to basically sleep. Our first VRBO got cancelled and I’m taking it as a blessing in disguise because this place was great!

Owner lives upstairs and is very kind and respectful. We had absolutely no issues.

When I arrived, the apartment was spotless. The host showed me where the thermostat was, so I was able to switch between AC and heat (Jersey in spring...prepare for all 4 seasons!).
There is a family living upstairs, but they leave you alone and are so quiet, it's easy to forget someone lives upstairs. In my encounters with them, they were super nice.
I would highly recommend this location, and would not hesitate to rent this apartment again.
