-Kitchen: solid wood worktops, double butler sink, Rangemaster cooker and hob, integrated appliances (washer-dryer-, dishwasher, fridge and separate freezer.), equipped with high quality glassware and crockery and a Nepresso coffee machine.
-Rear hallway has ample storage space for coats and shoes - just off this hall there is a cloakroom with WC and wash basin
-Dining room: flagstone floors, exposed beans, skylights, dining tables and chairs with seating for two guests and an armchair.
-Stairs lead from the dining room to the galleried landing on the first floor.
First floor:
-Galleried landing leading to bedroom, shower room and bathroom
-Bedroom: 3000 pocket sprung king size bed, bedside tables, a set of drawers, armchair and several garment hooks.
-Shower room: walk-in shower with dual rainfall head and hand-held shower head, window overlooking side of property, large wash basin, WC and heated towel rail.
-Bathroom: double ended free-standing Burlington bath with shower attachment, two heated towel rails, armchair and set of drawers.
-Bamford toiletries supplied.
Outside:
-Courtyard garden with outdoor table, rattan corner sofa with cushions, plus further seating and a firepit.
-Off road parking for one vehicle.
