Only 5 minutes from ACU and Allen Ridge, and 7 minutes from Hardin- Simmons University and Hendrick Medical center. Our home has all with new beds, a spa like master bath, a TV with Roku in the master and living room, and a TV with Roku on the back porch with ample seating to enjoy the patio area, or watch a game while grilling.
