About this house rental

Completely renovated 2000 sq ft open concept home in Broadmoor Terrace neighborhood. 5 blocks from Shreveport’s most upscale shopping complexes and restaurants. 4 miles from Barksdale Air Force Base. Perfect for family trip, work trip, extra family for holidays or wedding guests. This home features a large corner fenced yard with mature trees and a beautiful fully stocked kitchen/ living area with a wood burning fireplace. A coffee bar and outdoor gas fire pit area makes this truly home away from home.

Ms. Janet is an AMAZING host! The house is warm and cozy and the neighborhood is great! We got out and walked along the sidewalks and admired all the beautiful magnolia trees in bloom and the pride that everyone takes in keeping their place up. I highly recommend this unit if you’re in the Shreveport area!

This will be my go to whenever I’m in Shreveport! The pictures and the description did not do justice. The house was spacious, immaculate, and very comfortable. The cleanest I’ve seen a vacation rental and I’ve stayed in a few. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and close to shops, restaurants, hospitals, (thank GOD we didn’t need that), and anything else you could want on vacation. Thank you Janet for being such a gracious host. I’m looking forward to my next rip.
