COMPLIMENTARY POOL HEAT DURING SHOULDER SEASONS
Want to enjoy the pool when Texas temperatures start to cool? Complimentary pool heating is available during the shoulder seasons to help extend your pool time into those beautiful spring and fall days.
Pool heat is complimentary when outdoor conditions allow and must be arranged in advance so we can begin warming the pool before your arrival.
Please note:
• Pool heating requires an ambient outdoor temperature above 50°F.
• Pool heat is designed for the shoulder seasons and is not intended to make the pool swimmable during cold winter conditions.
• Heating performance and achievable water temperature depend on outdoor weather conditions.
• The pool and hot tub cannot be heated simultaneously.
• The waterfall feature is currently unavailable.
HOT TUB
The hot tub will reach approximately 102 degrees.
It typically heats in about 15-20 minutes and runs for approximately two hours before cycling back into the pool.
Need a little more hot-tub time? We're available by text or through the app until 10 PM to assist with operation or extend the heating cycle.

I would give this rental a 10 out 5 star if possible. We booked it for a 3 generation family girls trip weekend. It was PERFECT! The host was responsive. There were fresh flowers and bread waiting on us upon arrival. All the light switches were labeled. Homemade soap with the towels on our bed. The pool area and hot tub was amazing

This house is in a lovely neighborhood and close to a lot of amenities. The house and property are very well kept. We were 4 generations visiting the area and this place had something for all of us.

It really is a private oasis. The pool is relaxing. The showers are the rain shower head with great water pressure. The beds are comfortable. It was a great stay, we enjoyed our time here and if we were ever in the area again we would definitely try to stay again.
