This beautiful 6 bedroom / 6.5 bath townhome is perfect for large gatherings. The Views Resort sleeps 30 guests comfortably, or up to 36 guests with the assistance of 6 roll out sleeping pads. Morning will quickly become your favorite time of day at The Views Resort. Make a hot cup of coffee and head out to the patio to watch the beautiful sunrise over the Snow Canyon mountains. Everything was great except the master bedroom. The bedding was very dirty and stained with multiple things. It appeared to have not been changed from the last guests, even though the bed was all made and set up. We had to completely strip all the bedding down including the matress pad and washed it ourselves. There was also no washing machine pods available. We notified the facility managemend, Red Sands and they brought over some landry pods the next morning. They also mentioned that they would see about refunding the cleaning fee but we have not heard anything. All the rest of the rooms were clean. This was liekly an error on the cleaning crew, but upsetting to arrive and find it that way Great facility for our family reunion. Having the number of bathrooms was perfect for each family to have their own. The two garages was nice. We enjoyed the pickleball court. We enjoyed our stay once we got the master bed cleaned and remade. We will definitely come back when in that area again with our family.

We planned this trip months ago and we really felt like this place looked like a great place for the money and booked it. We were not disappointed and my family loved everything about the house and amenities it had to offer. Plenty of room for all of us and having a pool and hot tub in the back was way fun for my kids and my grandkids. From Start to finish any contact we had by Text was answered quickly and professionally. We stayed a whole week and it was an amazing time and we always had something to do and great tv's in every room for the grands to be entertained when we were at the house.I would definitely recommend this home!

The house was great lots of room for everyone. We Will definitely stay here again. The service was fast and everything worked great. Check in and out was fast and easy. Different one of the nicest places. Thanks for having our family!

We really enjoyed our stay in this rental. This was our second year at the same place. We love the space for our big group and all of the amenities. There were a few issues like the internet not working and the hot tub at the community pool not working either. Other than those things we really loved our stay and will likely be back next year.
