In the heart of the Médoc, just 20 minutes from the Atlantic beaches, this family home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests + 1 baby for a holiday combining ocean, nature and vineyards. Heated pool, large enclosed garden and outdoor dining: the perfect setting to enjoy a relaxing holiday with family or friends in peaceful surroundings.

A spacious living area for everyone to enjoy :
The 63 m² open-plan living area with high ceilings brings together a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and spacious lounge with a 7-seat sofa, additional armchairs and a Smart TV with Netflix and YouTube.
The kitchen has everything you need, including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and fridge/freezer. A second refrigerator, washing machine and 8 kg tumble dryer are available in the utility room.
4 spacious and charming bedrooms – sleeps 10 :
The 4 bedrooms, each approximately 17 m², offer plenty of space and comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests:
- Bedroom 1: 160 × 200 cm bed + 60 × 120 cm baby cot
- Bedroom 2: 160 × 200 cm bed
- Bedroom 3: 160 × 200 cm bed
- Bedroom 4: 4 single beds, 90 × 200 cm
The house has 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets. A high chair is also available.
Pool & outdoor spaces :
The private 10 × 5 m south-facing swimming pool is heated from May 1 to September 20, subject to weather conditions, and fitted with an electric safety cover. A large pool terrace, 4 sun loungers, natural shade from a beautiful mimosa tree and a changing area with shower and toilet complete the pool area. For everyone's safety, children must remain under adult supervision around the pool and the safety cover should be closed after use.
A summer terrace for long days and evenings outdoors :
The 55 m² semi-covered summer terrace, with two large tables and 14 chairs, is perfect for outdoor meals and long summer evenings with family and friends. A large 3 × 3 m cantilever parasol provides additional shade throughout the day.
For children :
🌳 Over 3,000 m² of enclosed garden with plenty of space to play and enjoy the outdoors.
⚽ Children's games available: balls, diabolo, wooden pétanque set, mini football goal and more.
👶 Baby cot and high chair available at no extra charge.

We had a wonderful week in Bordeaux: 3 families of 6 adults and 4 children. The house is located in a beautiful, very quiet and comfortable place. There are practically no cars around. Very well-kept area around the house with a huge garden. Inside the house is very spacious and comfortable, large living room, favorable arrangement of bedrooms. The house has everything you need for life. There are many activities for both adults and children. The owners are very friendly and willing to help with any question. The most amazing thing is that at night not a single insect bit us. In the 5 minute walk from the house there is an excellent chateau Gravat with magnificent and very cheap wine. This area is an ideal place for families. The ocean can be reached by bike in 40 minutes along the bike paths. Bike rental is available. Great sandy beaches. By car you can travel around the region, visit a beautiful touristic places and enjoy magnificent views.

A fantastic house in nice and calm surroundings. The house is very well equipped. Either you like the beaches or Wineyards I rellay recommend this house.
