Lancelin’s famous back beach is only a short stroll away. Shops, eateries, sand dunes and more are also only a short drive or bike ride.
For those cooler months after a day of discovering what Lancelin and its surrounds have to offer come home and cosy up with a hot chocolate or your favourite beverage in front of the wood heater (BYO wood). There is also air conditioning for those warmer months.
With its secure yard you will have peace of mind that your little ones are safe and sound and have plenty of room to play while you sit back, relax and watch. This is also perfect for your four-legged family member to join the fun (Pet Bond $250 Applicable).
There is also ample room in the well-lit outdoor patio area to gather your family and friends for that evening BBQ and more.

Great place to unwind and recharge and spend time with the family from a hectic 2023. The communication from the property agent was 100% and they even went the extra mile to go and turn the air con before we arrived. Will definetely make this property an annual getaway

The house was fine, it had everything we needed. Was protected from the strong winds, which made relaxing outside easier. We'd stay here again.
