The Cottages are located across from the beach and they are fully equipped with TV, Internet, outdoor BBQ There are many activities within walking distance restaurants, straw market, water taxi, government offices, library, schools and much more. Approximately 15 minutes east of the International Airport (GGT), the cottages are situated in a beautiful grassy lawn, fenced with a stone wall around the property, overlooking the picturesque Elizabeth Harbour and Stocking Island.

This was a perfect location to explore the island. We loved the screened porch! This place was very spacious, air conditioning worked well, bed was comfy. There were coolers, chairs, beach towels, and umbrellas to borrow which was so great. The unit was clean and the gal that greeted us upon arrival, Chrissy, was friendly and helpful. She gave us her number and responded quickly when we asked for some local restaurant spots. We would 100% stay here again!

Great place with lots of kitchen, bathroom, and beach items. Great snorkeling. AC and Tv channels. Very nice host and property manager. Traffic on main road can be a little noisy, but that is only downside. Would definitely stay again.

the bed and linen great which is very important for me as bad back. for the price it was exactly what you need. your not going to find a more economical place that has: good bed, plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and ease of washing clothes. kitchen was perfect size.

First of all Monica and her team are amazing, They made me feel safe and comfortable as a solo female traveler. The cottage was perfect for me. It had everything that I needed. It was rustic and charming. So cute and comfy. The porch is enclosed and has a view that you can't beat. You also have your own beach just steps away. If you walk 5 minutes to the right you are in Georgetown. If you walk 10 minutes to the left you have the Fish Fry which is a great night out. When I come back to Exuma, I will stay in Ixora East at Minns Cottages. CAN'T WAIT!!!
