This beautifully updated 2 bedroom 2 bathroom townhome is the perfect location for your next seaside getaway. Entering through the front door you will immediately notice the gorgeous coastal flooring throughout and neutral color palette complete with warm coastal accents. This Forest Ridge villa has a unique floor plan as it was once a 3 bedroom now converted to a 2 bedroom to allow for a more spacious and open great room!
The spacious great room is furnished with a large cozy sleeper sofa and two accent chairs all centered around an oversized flat screen smart television and electric fireplace. Just off the living area lies the private balcony with a serene wooded view and is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee. The private balcony features a table and two chairs for dining al fresco!
Walking into the fully equipped kitchen you will find updated white cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. A dining table sits adjacent to the kitchen and offers seating for 4.
Just down the hall lies the master bedroom complete with a king size bed accented with beautiful blue and white décor, a claw foot dresser, a desk area, and a 32 inch flat screen TV. The en suite bath includes a shower tub combo as well as a stylish navy colored vanity with granite countertops and double sinks.
The neighboring second bedroom features a queen size bed, beachy décor, and a walk in closet. The guest bathroom offers a shower tub combo and is just down the hall.
This relaxing retreat is only a 3 minute walk from the pristine Amelia Island beach. Only a short walk from the villa is a community pool, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, a picnic and grilling area, and a playground. The scenic paved walk around the Forest Ridge community provides a safe recreational venue and a great place walking pets!

Great little condo, super clean and exactly as described in listing. Condo complex is old (1980's) but this unit has some updates. This unit faces back of property so there are no buildings behind it. Complex is shaped like a "U" with the pool and tennic courts in the middle so are easily accessable. Area is quiet and safe. Walk to beach (beach access #24) is a very easy 3 minute walk (go left behind unit, up Askins Rd and across road). Can also walk to a few restaurants (Sliders, V PIzza) less than a mile away. Historic downtown Fernandina Beach is under a 10 minute drive (The Patio Restaurant is our favorite). Grocery stores, WalMart, Starbucks, etc. are a 5 minute drive. DeNucci's Ice Cream is 3 min drive and delicious. Property Manager communication is stellar! They called/emailed/texted before we went and when we arrived to ensure everything was fine. Very detailed check in and out instructions. We recommend taking a historic walking tour of historic Fernandina Beach. Entire area is super dog friendly too. We would rent this unit again!

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The condo is a 5 minute walk to the beach... close enough that we could run back for snacks and bathroom breaks! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and everything was clean! The property manager was very communicative, and made the process seamless. This condo is centrally located on the island so it was literally a 10 minute drive to anything we wanted to do in either direction. We enjoyed a river cruise one day, walked around downtown Fernandina, walked the Egan's Creek Greenway, fished at Fort Clinch, and explored Big Talbot Island and Amelia Island State Park. Our favorite restaurants were Langiappe (amazing!!), The Salty Pelican (try the fried shrimp, it was the best I ever had), Sliders was great for breakfast on the beach, and the Patio at 5th and Ash was super fun for live music. Stay at this condo...you won't be disappointed!

The best location in the complex. Out the back door and you are just steps to the beach. The unit is super clean and very well appointed. The abundance of games was a great bonus. Communication was easy. Loved our stay
