About this apartment rental
Lovely large 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment located in the popular complex of Los Castillos. The apartment has been completely refurbished to a very high standard with an American style open plan kitchen / lounge with direct access to the terrace. The apartment benefits from it's own WiFi connection, air conditioning in the lounge and the 2 main bedrooms, 2 bathrooms that have been fully refurbished and a large terrace that has views of the sea. There is also a parking space available. The apartment is just a 5 minute walk to the marina and it's bars and restaurants.
The complex is fully gated and has a communal swimming pool. The Courtyard at Monte Duquesa is also just a short stroll and has a selection of bars and restaurants.

Everything was as advertised and expected, a lovely, clean, delightfully well appointed apartment with everything we needed…Although two really minor, minimal gripes; one loo roll per person per week seemed a tad frugal and no indication that the washing machine and the freezer were located in a locked cupboard outside of the apartment! Would have been helpful to know, but in no way detracted from the fantastic week we enjoyed in this apartment Thank you

We had a great stay, good facilities, great sea views. Very easy to access all local amenities.
We reported things last year that need fixing but this year they still had not been actioned.

Duquesa Estates offer exceptional service we had a problem which was dealt with efficiently and we were kept well informed

Stunning views and great accommodation with everything catered for. Being a sun worshipper, the balcony (understandably) faces the sea, but in shade from noon. However, two excellent pools make up for it.
A bit more information about the accommodation, e.g. air conditioning, freezer in outer room etc.
