This is an Incredible opportunity to escape from the busy resorts and retreat to a private three acre estate with your loved one's, family, friends or solo. The Hana Nautilus features ocean views from all the rooms. The screened lanai has a massive wood slab dining table that seats 8 and two cozy couches for relaxing while you listen the sounds of the rainforest birds, the seasonal stream and distant big waves crashing . The Kitchen has granite countertops, new stainless appliances, coffee maker and lots kitchenware for those who chose to cook at home. The owners live about 1/2 mile away so you have the property to yourself plus we are easy to reach for anything we can help with.
We are ideally located for seeing some of Hana's most popular attractions such as Waianapanapa State Park (black sand beach), Kahanu Botanical Gardens, Hana Lava Tube Cave Tour, Hana Bay, Koki Beach and World Famous Hamoa Beach. Walking distance to a few dining options including morning coffee, lunch and Dinner. Feel free to call us for any questions or assistance with travel arrangements .
**Quiet hours from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., during which time the noise from the short-term rental home shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors. Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area.
**Amplified sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries of the short-term rental home is prohibited.
**Vehicles shall be parked in the designated onsite parking area and shall not be parked on the street.
**No parties or group gatherings other than registered guests shall occur.

Roomy, cozy, comfortable, ample parking, quiet, fully equipped, great indoor showers, whole family fits, nice kitchen, like the vaulted ceilings, good fans and lots of windows for that ocean breeze.

The home and property are beautiful! My family had a peaceful stay in the house. We enjoyed the rain while sitting on the patio.

We loved staying at this home! It was so close to the town, food trucks, beaches, etc but very peaceful on such a large property tucked away. Robin and Bradley were quick to respond and helpful. We even bought things at their surf shop and gorgeous jewelry at their other store “IHana”! Our experience was wonderful. The house was well stocked and had fans in every room. Check out was easy and nice to be at 11:00. We were very comfortable and only regret that we forgot to sign their guest book!!

As other reviewers have mentioned, the property is difficult to find. The host provides detailed directions, but the referenced mile markers didn’t exist and you need to know EXACTLY what you’re looking for if you’re going to find this home. We loved the charm and simplicity, but overall the home just didn’t live up to the hefty price. You’re not within safe walking distance to anything in Hana. It didn’t feel clean, as there were bugs, alive and dead, everywhere - along with other little critters running around in the house. I guess all of this is expected since there’s no AC and all the windows have to be left open all day/night. While the property is beautiful and lush, the ocean is barely viewable in the very far distance over the trees.
We had very high hopes, but this rental was a bit of a letdown based on what we paid to stay. .
