Keep it simple at this peaceful & centrally-located charming guesthouse overlooking the Madison Valley. Easy access to Varney Bridge & the Madison River make this quant guesthouse the prefect location to start you Montana adventure, whether it be Fly Fishing the famous Madison River or exploring Yellowstone National Park. An outdoor patio with gas BBQ grill allows for enjoying the amazing Montana Summer and Fall weather. The private yard while surely be visited by deer and other wildlife. A scenic 10 miles from downtown Ennis, Montana sits this charming guesthouse ready for your enjoyment. A 400+/-SF open concept living, dining and sleeping area offers plenty of space to spread out. The sleeping area offers a queen size bed with nightstands and a place to unpack your belongings. A twin size window couch offers additional space for one person across the room in the living area. The kitchenette is stocked with a sink, undercounter refrigerator, toaster oven and coffee pot. The kitchen counter incudes a dining spot with two bar stools. The living area offers two comfy chairs and a mounted smart tv. A large bathroom with a spacious tile walk-in shower, vanity and toilet area as located just off the sleeping area. The entire guest house offers lots of windows with amazing views! Outside you will find a nice private patio that includes a gas BBQ grill, table and chairs as well as a porch swing. A nicely landscaped yard and private parking space are located right in-front of the of guest house. The main house for this Bull Wheel property is located about 50 yards away and may be occasionally occupied by the home owners. While a very friendly couple they will give you your space! While staying at this property fisherman will have plenty of choices of where to go including the Madison River, Yellowstone National Park and the Henry's Fork of the Snake River. Ennis Lake, Hebgen Lake, Cliff and Wade Lake offer options for fishing and recreating as well. Other great activities include horseback riding, hiking, mountain biking, shopping and dining in the small western town of Ennis, and visiting historic Virginia and Nevada City. Bozeman is only a scenic hour drive from Ennis. You are an hour and 15 minutes from the town of West Yellowstone and the West entrance to Yellowstone National Park- book a private tour for an especially memorable experience. You can also stay at the property to enjoy the views and the deer and antelope who are likely to visit!

Nice small place. Does not meet ADA standards and would not recommend for elderly folks. Stairs are 10+ inches tall with no handrails.
