Check-in is 2pm and Check-out 10am. Please inform us when booking if you require an early check-in or late check-out and we will do our best to accommodate this.

Linen is provided for your stay, with the exception of beach towels - Please do not use our towels for the beach.

Sorry, pets are not permitted.

Smoking is not permitted in The Luxury Guesthouse

There is a large car park and double garage - can fit approximately 8 cars.

The property could do with some TLC - overall it is a great property for big groups, but "tired".

Spacious house that accommodated our large family from teenagers to grandparents. Big private outdoor area to sit, eat and play.A few maintenance repairs required but these didn’t impede our stay.

The beds are comfortable. The linen is fresh. The property is spacious.The couches have been recently replaced. The property appears to be decorated in the 90s and nothing has changed from board games to Furniture, rusted bathroom fittings, the kitchen drawers are dangerous. They have no runners are wooden and rickety and almost fell over the adults I took away with special needs.The oven takes a very long time to work, but we were very grateful for it as the induction top was temperamental and the barbecue despite the maintenance manager coming out did not work. There is tea and coffee, expired UHT milk. No salt or pepper or Oil.It is a well laid out property suitable for a large group but be prepared.
