About this house rental
Privately situated home in the heart of Sugar Hill, located just a 1-minute walk from Gold Mine Park. Home features a fully fenced 1/2-acre backyard, firepit, game room, and everything you need to entertain the whole family. The property is 5 minutes from Ashton Gardens and The Bowl, Downtown Sugar Hill & Theater/Restaurants, and 15 minutes from Gas South Arena. In addition to the main home, we have a lower-level studio apartment that can be booked through the Vrbo website by messaging us directly after your confirmed booking. This studio ($50 per night + $75 cleaning fee) has a full kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. This space is not occupied unless booked with a confirmed booking of the main house.

This property was absolutely amazing! It was perfect for our family. It had everything we needed for our visit. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was close to many restaurants and stores. It also had great amenities as well as kids toys. We would definitely stay here in the future.

The house was very clean and well maintained. We especially enjoyed the outdoor firepit and the variety of toys and games. We added the lower level apartment to our agreement, and found it to be nicely appointed and comfortable as well.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and comfortable and the backyard was great for our dogs. The location was convenient to all our activities involving basketball at the Gas South Arena in addition to being close to a nice park and walking trails. We would definitely return.
