Overall, the place was very clean. However, the downstairs floors were pretty dirty that I had to mop them. Also, there were two things in the upstairs bathroom that I asked to have fixed and they weren’t fixed while I was there. The location was perfect. Also, the kitchen was not adequately equipped for cooking.

Great location located right on the seawall with the ocean waves crashing up against it at night. Very clean unit with lots of supplies for the beach, including chairs, snorkel equipment, tennis rackets, and balls. Nice outdoor lanai with table and chairs to have breakfast or lunch while looking at the ocean. First floor living area very spacious with a very nice shower in the bathroom. The bedrooms are up a flight of stairs with another bathroom located at the top of the stairs. The main bedroom facing the ocean has louvers that you can open to get fresh air and hear the ocean waves crashing. The other bedroom across the hall has a Murphy bed. This bedroom was extremely hot because we were unable to open the louvered windows due the missing screens or they had holes in them.There were ceiling fans in every room and plenty of floor fans for all of the rooms, but the absence of air-conditioning made it very uncomfortable for sleeping.
