About this house rental
Double Dunes is located in heart of "Old Town" Port Aransas. Uniquely located just a half mile from beach and 2 blocks from downtown Port A where you have an abundance of restaurants and shopping available to you. A private heated pool is provided on the premise. There is enough parking for up to 5 vehicles. Ocean views can be seen from the third floor and fourth floor crow's nest! Restaurants, concert venues, night life and the marina are all a few short blocks.

Wonderful stay! Great communication, very clean house, comfortable beds, and right downtown close to everything!! The golf cart was definitely a plus too!! This is the place to stay. It was exactly what I hoped for when planning our vacation!

We had a great time and the house accommodated our needs perfectly! Having a gas stove on the island was a treat.

Location was great. Plenty of space for 12 adults. The cleaning crew must have not cleaned very well the night before. Dishwasher was full and grill and grill tools were dirty. Pool heater was working on arrival. They did send someone over within the hour to clean the grill and fix the heater. Then the a/c went out our last night in the downstairs unit. Overall it was good but some small things could have been cleaned up a bit.
