Cocoonr is offering this charming house for rent, complete with Wi-Fi, with a floor area of 80 m² and sleeping up to 6 guests. It comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath), and a garden of approximately 400 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price.
The property is laid out as follows:

- A fully fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob and Senseo coffee machine...
- Three bedrooms with 1 double bed (140×190), 2 single beds and 1 queen-size bed (160×200). Four-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), and your bed will be made up on arrival
- Two bathrooms: one with a shower and bath, the other with a shower only, plus a toilet
- A lovely 400 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
For even more comfort: barbecue, washing machine and tumble dryer.
The house is ideally situated in Surzur, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market...
Transport:
- You can park directly in the house’s private car park.
- Nearest railway station: Vannes SNCF, 30 minutes away
- Nearest airport: Rennes, 1 hour 20 minutes away, or Nantes Atlantique, 1 hour 30 minutes away

Poor WiFi signal, wrong code given at first.
As mentioned leaves and debris in rooms.
Garden seats to relax in would be a bonus.
Loose breakfast bar In kitchen, just saved items as they toppled off, we have tightened the screws to make it safer.
All of these things were reported shortly after our arrival."
