Location, location, location!! Due to higher elevation, you can immerse yourself in perfect weather year round. Less than a mile to the famous waterfalls Akakafalls (3 mins), Botanical Gardens (3 mins), Hilo Markets (20 mins), Hawaii Zipline (5 mins), etc. Luxury 3 bedroom, 3 bath, two-story new home on 5 secluded acres with amazing, panoramic ocean and mountain views available from a wraparound lanai. The property has undergone recent upgrades including a leveled driveway and landscape beautification. Private waterfall, hiking, and cool elevation make for a memorable and unique adventures. This property is under new management and has been in business for over 10 years with 200+ ratings at 5 stars.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed coming back to this home each night after exploring the island. The location private and great for walking to Akaka Falls and the little fruit stand. The house felt spacious and comfortable. It was clear the house was built with care as my husband commented on how well done the construction appeared. We had everything we needed in terms of kitchen items, soap supplies, laundry facilities, etc. We had a couple geckos that would come and go upstairs once in a while, but they were comical to watch. It was a great location to explore both North and South ends of the island for day trips. Hilo was an easy drive away for supplies and Honumu offered a couple close by shops including The Hive where we got delicious sandwiches. Overall I would recommend this property and stay here again.
