Welcome to Seaclusion Cottage a 5 bedroom 2 bathroom beach house in a superb beach location, only steps from the beautiful clean white beaches of Guilderton. This property has been recently upgraded with all new appliances and furnishings. There is a modern new kitchen with a big double fridge and freezer, plus 2 full size ovens. There is also a big open plan upstairs living area with Reverse cycle air conditioning. There are 3 upstairs bedrooms, two queens rooms plus a Tri bunk room. There is also a fully renovated full bathroom. Downstairs is the Games/rumpus room with a Table Tennis table great to keep the kids entertained plus the added bonus of a built in kitchenette/bar area with fridge. There are also two bedrooms on the ground floor, a queen room and another room with a tri bunk (double on bottom, single on top). There is also another bathroom.

Seaclusion Cottage is a prefect getaway only 1 hour from Perth for two or three families to get away for the weekend.

There is also a magnificent upstairs balcony with a beautiful view, perfect to watch the glorious Guilderton sunsets.

Pack a hamper and spend the day or a balmy evening with good company at the gas fired free barbecues under the trees and enjoy the river mouth view. Mother nature is often in action and occasionally the mouth of the river sandbar opens to the sea.
Swing the clubs on one of the most picturesque 9 hole golf courses in WA. For family fun day out enjoy a game of mini golf.
