My husband and I, along with our Golden, were on LI for three weeks. We spent our last seven days in this super clean updated apartment. It had everything we needed. The fenced yard was an extra perk, although we didn't get to truly utilize it due to weather and other activities. It's as inviting as the photos though. The dog, however, spent some time out there and loved it. We stayed in the bedroom right off the living room and it was comfy. Anderson is a terrific host. He's helpful and easy to communicate with. If we rent again on the Island, this will be our place. For those unfamiliar with the area, Patchogue Village on Main Street with restaurants, pizzeria, bagel place, a brewery, etc., is a stones throw. The Dublin Deck overlooking a marina is within walking distance and Corey Beach on the Great South Bay in Blue Point and the Fire Island Ferries are nearby.

Nice little property. Perfect for what we needed. Host was great.

Very clean and neat, near many good restraints. Easy to get places on LI and NYC, Apartment was warm and easy to enter. Very happy with our stay.
