Close to the sandy coastline outside of Chiclana de la Frontera, the beautiful home Chalet Isla del Sotillo is situated on a fenced property of 750 m2 and offers a beautiful pool area for an utmost relaxing holiday. The charming house in simple, tasteful furnishings consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dining table, 3 bedrooms (2 with 2 single beds each) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include a fireplace, a washing machine and a television. In the expansive outdoor area, you will find a patio with a dining area for delicious breakfasts in the fresh morning air, a wide, green lawn with sun loungers and a 32m2 pool, which invites you to refresh yourself after tanning under the warm sun. There is additionally an outdoor shower, a barbecue and a further dining area where you can enjoy together slow-cooked dinners. Supermarkets, shops, restaurants, cafes and bars are located about a 10-minute drive away (3 km) and the city centre of Chiclana de la Frontera, with its own great cultural offerings and shops, is about 7.5 km or an 8-minute drive away. A great advantage of this property is furthermore its proximity to one of the most famous beaches of Spain: about 3 km or a 5-minute drive from the property you will find the gorgeous beach Playa de la Barrosa, which stretches for kilometers down the coast. Here you can relax under the sun and admire the glittering water.
