About this apartment rental
Enjoy being just 5 minutes away from the award-winning Downtown Greenville at this stylish loft apartment. With access to the campus pool, fitness center, outdoor grill, common areas, and entertainment venues, there is plenty to enjoy.
The apartment includes a fully stocked kitchen, living room, dining area, bedroom, and bathroom. We have strong wi-fi and a Roku TV preloaded with all the streaming apps (just bring your log-ins)
The unit has an open concept that mixes a studio and a one-bedroom apartment. The bedroom is a private space with a door at the entrance, with the interior bedroom wall having a gap below the ceiling.
The common spaces in the building are available for guests to use, including a fitness center, outdoor pool, game room, and small offices for remote work. Please note, these amenities are managed by Judson Mill Lofts and may be closed at various times for maintenance that we cannot control.
Steps away on the campus are other businesses to enjoy;
-Kenny's Golf Club; a golf simulator venue
-Feed & Seed; a local food innovation hub with a cafe and grocery store
-The Foundry; a live music venue
-Blochaven; an 18,000 square foot rock climbing gym
-Events at Judson Mill; a wedding & event venue
This unit is family-friendly, just let us know what ages to expect and we will make sure you have the supplies you need.
Guests will access the apartment with a code. There will be a keyfob that you'll use to get around the campus and access the building.
Guests can park for free outside or inside a gated fence. We do provide a luggage cart to help you get your belongings to your apartment. We ask that you return the cart to its home by the apartment. Upon booking, we ask all guests to fill out a short questionnaire to help us make your stay more personalized. As we are within a larger complex, we ask for this to be completed before your stay for security of the property and other residents.

Everything was as pictured or stated. However, it warrants mentioning that having a full size fridge/freezer is awesome. Having ice cream in a freezer is so nice and convenient because there is no need to drive out anywhere IF u have frozen treats stocked away. Plus, my son and his girlfriend baked a meal with everything left behind in the kitchen for renters to enjoy. Thank you

This was my second time staying here, and I really like the location and the the feel of the property however there was a dirty washcloth in the shower and one of the bathroom cabinet doors was broken when I arrived. I reached out to the owner through the app, but they never responded, which is not a big deal because it wasn’t anything egregious in my opinion, but I wish to communication would’ve been better and had they paid a little more attention to detail with the left items that were around
