There was a bit of confusion initially to who the host was. Once I got the right contact the host was amazing. We had a couple of issues develop put Alicia took care of everything promptly. The property is older, the neighborhood seemed very safe. We walked our dog without hesitation. And Cleveland has many dog friendly MetroParks.

Owners were responsive and accommodating! The place was perfect. I would recommend to anyone popping into to for a quick weekend or extended stay. Great location for downtown or to just stay local.

Amazing customer service! Place was clean, well decorated and felt like home. They answered all my questions quickly and politely and made my stay very comfortable.

The home was in a nice neighborhood and just a quick 10-minute Uber ride into the city, which made the location very convenient. The space was a bit cluttered and could use some extra attention to cleanliness. That said, we did enjoy the area.
