About this cottage rental
This 70m² cottage is located on the raised ground floor, next to the owners' house. It opens onto a living room with a fully equipped, integrated kitchen that flows into the dining area and lounge. There are two bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a small "cabin" bedroom with two single beds (90cm), as well as a shower room (shower, sink, and toilet). Outside, there is a garden and a courtyard shared with the owners, a parking space, and a private 20m² terrace. This unusual wooden "pavilion" is nestled in a quiet and peaceful residential area on the eastern slopes of Montbrison. Its prime location offers easy access to several hiking trails, is near the Way of St. James (Camino de Santiago), and lies in the heart of the Monts du Forez, a region rich in unspoiled landscapes. This former laboratory has been completely renovated into a comfortable holiday home. The cottage features a charming terrace with a secluded pergola where you can enjoy views of the lovely garden filled with trees and flowers. To make your stay even more pleasant, utilities and heating are included, and beds are made upon your arrival.
