Bright and airy, ground level condo with attached one-car garage in a desirable community in Princeville on the North Shore of Kauai.
This unit is the essence of aloha and comfort. Brand new linens, new boogey boards & cooler chest. The well-stocked gourmet kitchen has everything you need to cook a full meal or barbecue out by the pool. The outdoor lanai is the perfect place to relax with your morning coffee, evening cocktail, or to enjoy your meals.
The open floor plan features a comfortable air conditioned living area with a flat screen smart TV.
The two spacious bedrooms are located at opposite ends of the condo and both host a king size bed & smart TV’s. The master bedroom has a slider opening to the lanai, a walk-in closet, and a large ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a deep soaking tub/shower combination. The second bedroom is conveniently located next to the second bathroom. Both bedrooms are also air conditioned.
· Make use of the pool, hot tub, and workout center. The pool area also features 2 new gas grills for a delicious barbecue!
· Find close by shopping and dining at The Princeville Center.
· Enjoy golfing or dining at the Makai golf course named one of the “top-five great golf settings.”
· Grab a beach towel and head to one of the local beaches, such as Hanalei Bay Beach or Anini beach.

EXCELLENT PROPERTY! Our stay was absolutely wonderful and embodied the true spirit of aloha. The host was incredibly attentive, communicating with us before and throughout our stay with helpful information about the condo, local recommendations, and thoughtful check-ins that made us feel genuinely welcomed.The property was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and perfectly located for exploring all that Kauai has to offer. Each morning, we loved strolling along the golf course path beneath the stunning rainbow eucalyptus trees, followed by coffee on the lanai while listening to the island birds greet the day.From snorkeling at Tunnels Beach and hiking the breathtaking Nā Pali Coast to evening surf sessions in Hanalei Bay, this condo was the ideal home base for our island adventures!We especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities, including beach chairs, boogie boards, a cooler, and the convenient hoses by both the garage and lanai for rinsing off sand after a day spent exploring paradise.Mahalo for sharing such a special place with us. The combination of exceptional hospitality, beautiful accommodations, and an unbeatable location made this a truly memorable Kauai adventure! Cannot wait to stay here again!

The check in was easy! The property is beautiful and very clean. Well stocked with all the things you would need. The communication was fast and hostess was very helpful. Location is great and grounds/pool were very nice
