The property was very convenient, walking distance to FTX Main Street and HEB, excellent restaurant and coffee shop right across the street! The hot tub soothed the muscles after shopping all day, and the bed was super comfy!!

Overall it was a great place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. The location was close to main street to the shops and also within walking distance to lots of restaurants. The only issue for us was we felt like the pillows were a bit on the small and flat side. Besides that no other complaints.

One of our best stays in Fredericksburg!! We will definitely be back. Check in was smooth. Host is wonderful. Location is perfect!! House was spotless. Thank you!!!

Missing storage and comfortable sitting. The outside hot tub area dirty. No view, city noise, bed comfortable, all appliances worked well.
