This place is a real slice of paradise and the perfect property for a family reunion -we had 6 adults, and two little kids and there was plenty of room for us all to be very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped (two dishwashers!)and has plenty of counter and storage space - we cooked all our dinners there - the BBQ came in handy the day there was a power outage. The view is stunning - we all agreed it was the most scenic backyard of any VRBO we have stayed in. Amazing sunsets every night from the lanai. The beach is a very easy, short walk away, as are the adult and children's pools. (which are delightful). A big plus was having access to three surf boards and plenty of pool/beach towels. The whole development is beautifully manicured and maintained. Management is very responsive to any questions or needs - they are but a phone call away. I would recommend they install some kind of pull down screen for use during late afternoon/early evening (ie dinner hour) on the western side of the lanai and have candles, or an emergency lantern available for use during power outages, which will occur when the winds are too high.

We all had a good time. Place is very nice but has a few things that need repaired on the property. Had couple issues with power at the house but they fixed on a timely matter. Any renters coming to this area of the island make sure you know that if it gets too windy, they will shut power off. During this stay it was out close to 24 hours. Other things you need to watch for is tax increase. We bought and paid in full before end of the 2025 year and then they charge me the new tax rate and yet still owe them more money. They claim it is when you stay and not when you pay. All other place you pay tax when you buy items. Watch for parking anyplace will cost more than 20-30 a day. Overall, this is a nice place just Maui County is trying to chase people away. We will be going to a different Island from now on. Host gave us a late check out, that was very nice of them. I do know some of this is beyond control of host. Had a great stay overall just people need to know what they are getting into.

Spectacular whale watching in January! We also walked upon a seal during a beach walk and spotted turtles in the water. The condo was clean, well equipped and comfortable! We loved our stay!
