The new HYATT HOTEL is going up to the South of the Poinsettia condo complex, so please be aware that there is a 12 story building next door, but sufficient privacy fencing and barriers have been installed on the borderline. Most of the exterior work has been completed, so the work next door is primarily inside, and completion is set for the Fall of 2025.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was well-stocked with everything we needed—dishes, blankets, towels, beach chairs, and more. It was very clean and comfortable. The ocean access was just steps away, and the sunset views were absolutely gorgeous. There are even better beaches about half a mile down the road, and a grocery store just 0.4 miles away made it super convenient to stock up on food. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo itself was spacious and clean. Very well planned with extra seating, kitchen layout and bedrooms.The photos did not show any building construction which was a major disappointment. The HUGE hotel being built was a constant distraction. The noise was ongoing and made it very difficult to enjoy the pool area. The building itself created such a shadow that there was ultimately no sun on the pool deck except for one small area. That made the pool very cold. This should have been disclosed upon the signed agreement.The gazebo was a wonderful place to enjoy the view and cruise ships. Perfect for the sunset!
