About this house rental
The property is completely independent. It is located in Le Rouret, a vibrant and festive Provençal village ideally located in the Cannes hinterland between the sea (15km) and the mountains. You can enjoy both seaside activities and many other activities (hiking, canyoning, treetop adventures, etc.).
The villa is situated on enclosed grounds planted with century-old olive trees with a remote-controlled gated entrance and a private heated swimming pool.
This magnificent, bright and comfortable new house measures 130 m² (each room is air-conditioned) on 1500 m² of enclosed grounds, featuring a heated swimming pool, a pool house with a plancha grill, and a large terrace in a garden planted with olive trees and other Mediterranean varieties. The house faces south and comprises 3 bedrooms, including 1 suite with a bedroom (king-size bed 180x200), bathroom with en-suite toilet and dressing room, 1 bedroom with a double bed 160x200, and 1 bedroom with 3 single beds. All bedrooms overlook the garden and pool! The whole house can be rented for 4 or 5 people (2 accessible bedrooms instead of 3).
A baby cot, high chair, and other equipment for young children are available.

Close to the village, 5 minutes from the Opio and Valbonne golf courses, 20 minutes from Cannes, Antibes and the beaches, and 25 minutes from the airport.

We rented the ground floor, with 2 bedrooms. The house was spacious enough for our family (mum, dad and 2 daughters aged 16 and 17) the layout worked very well for us as the bedrooms are at each end of the house giving some privacy, with the main living area in the centre. A good kitchen and lovely big dining table made family meals and games a pleasure.
Brigitte was welcoming and approachable. When we had a very minor issue, it was addressed very promptly.
If our daughters are happy to come on holiday with us next year, we would definitely consider staying at the same house. Thank you.

We had a very nice stay on the ground floor of the main house. The house was spacious and had two bedrooms both with bathrooms. All required equipment was available such as large fridge, oven, dishwasher and Nespresso coffeemachine. The best part was however the garden (situated South) so sun all day. It helped we were lucky with really nice weather. The garden had a poolhouse with a gas BBQ where we spent almost every night for dinner! The pool was heated but due to midnight temperatures and early season still very cold. This didn't stop our children from swimming each day though ;-). Room for improvement would be the decoration of the house and the garden furniture. Would recommend to spend your holiday here!
