The Good: This a very efficient studio apartment perfect for 2 people. It was very clean. The fully stocked kitchen had everything you can imagine. It is within walking distance to everything in Fayetteville. Check in/out was effortless. Off street parking.
Cautions: There are 16 outside steps to this second-floor apartment. The eating table is not useable due to size of the apartment, location and the appliances there on. While there is a couch, it would only be suitable for a small child to sleep on. The bed was very soft to the point I sank in. Parking in the rear of the building where the apartment is located, is very tight. However, there is more parking in the front of the building where larger vehicles are easily accommodated.
Al in all, I would recommend this VRBO.
