COUNTRY CHARMER two story home with 3 bedrooms (queen, double, twin, six person maximum), 2 full bathrooms, laundry, all linens, fully furnished kitchen, living room with gas fireplace, wireless internet, central air, furnished back deck overlooking fields and hills with incredible sunsets, and partially shaded. Picnic table and patio set on the deck and grill on the lawn for that perfect eat outdoors weather. Enjoy the closeness of Dreams Park, Hall of Fame, museums, shops, parks and the gorgeous Lake Otsego. Take the Glimmerglass Tour Boat ride with a history commentary in enclosed glass seating or on top for fresh air and sunshine. Groceries, restaurants, breweries and wine trails all between 1-30 miles away. Come back to all the comforts of home and relax. Information center in the home provides brochures, restaurant menus, cards, games and books with a House Guide for Cank's Home Plate I. Our motto is Close, Comfortable and Clean. Syracuse and Albany are the closest airports.

It had everything we could ask for. Good location stores and restauraunts close by. The host could not have been better, friendly and helpful. A really good experience.

Location to Dreams park was great. The residence was very comfortable and clean. John and Veronica were easy to get a hold of when we had questions. Would stay here again.
