Loved the property, being able to pull right up, and unload and not fight elevators was incredible. So much better than a high rise.
The views are just spectacular, comfortable and clean home.
Great location. Walk to restaurants, etc.

Booking and check-in were easy, and property management was responsive and even allowed us to check in 1.5 hours early.
**Pros:**
* Fantastic location—close to everything.
* Beautiful private beachfront with white sand.
* Very clean upon arrival; housekeeping did a great job.
* Top-floor bedrooms were comfortable and well-maintained with wood flooring.
* Bathrooms were all in good condition.
**Cons:**
* The first-floor bedroom was musty and carpeted. The bunk bed setup is advertised to sleep four, but realistically only sleeps three comfortably due to a restrictive upper bunk. The view is also an enclosed A/C room.
* The biggest issue was the bedroom lock. The keypad worked inconsistently, and we were locked out with our belongings inside. It took maintenance and a locksmith nearly two hours to gain entry. We were advised to use the physical key instead, which was inconvenient.
* Furnishings throughout the townhouse are dated and could use updating.
* Several door knobs, especially the balcony door and first-floor bedroom door, are rusty and difficult to operate.
* The kitchen lacked sufficient cookware upon arrival, and none of the pots had lids. Maintenance delivered replacements the next day.
* Only two exterior lights were working when we arrived. Although maintenance fixed them promptly, the lighting remains inadequate compared to neighboring units.
The property is showing its age and would benefit from some minor renovations, nee furnishing.
