This fully furnished four bedroom home is handy to Opotiki town center and is available for weekly to mid term rental options. Wifi is available and the fee includes a weekly clean and linen.
A spacious fully furnished four bedroom home on Bridge Street, this property is in a handy location in the Opotiki township. The property sleeps up to 9 people and has plenty of space to park multiple vehicles/ trailers.
The kitchen is equipped with cooking equipment required to make meals away from home, but with a cafe, takeaway, dairy, service station, Subway all within walking distance, would you bother? Or if you`d prefer there is a bbq for those lovely evenings, when cooking outdoors is the only way to go. There is a comfortable separate lounge to relax in after a hard day at work. Another added benefit is the property has two showers and two toilets.
There are two recently installed heatpumps in the living areas.
Full wifi access is available if you need to work from the property.
This property is ideal for business people or tradespeople coming into town for work who are here for short to mid term stays. Longer stays are also available, please call to discuss.

Plenty of room for everyone, booked for 4 but only 3 stayed, great secure parking at back, convenient location in town, just noisy from traffic, which gave the guys a restless first night, aside from that, they're happy to stay again
