Outdoor enthusiasts' dream location with a huge backyard and quick access to restaurants, breweries, shopping, and more! Recently remodeled, you will love feeling like you're at the summer cottage but with more modern upgrades. Several state parks are within a fifteen-minute drive and Rocky Mountain National Park is one hour away. Start your day with an adventure by hiking, skiing, snowshoeing, white water rafting, fly fishing, mountain climbing, or biking, and decompress by stargazing at the backyard firepit. Easily hop on the Poudre Trail and ride all the way to Old Town Fort Collins and beyond or walk down the trail to the local restaurant. Enjoy the sprawling backyard with beautiful foothill views and plenty of space for your dog to run around while you cook out on the grill. The inside is cozy and features an open floor plan perfect for family meals, board game nights, or sprawling out on the living room floor for a movie. Expect to see plenty of wildlife including birds, small critters, deer, and bears! Excellent location for a staycation or an everyday adventure base camp. Plenty of parking in the driveway, marijuana is legal in Colorado and allowed on the property. Absolutely no cigarettes at any time. We do not have central AC, however, you will find an evaporative cooler, window unit, and whole-house fan will keep the house cool on hot summer nights.

The property was perfectly situated between Fort Collins where are adult kids leave and a nice drive to Estes and Wyoming. The neighborhood was quiet and the house has a beautiful backyard, perfect for entertaining our family. The owners kept great communication with us. The house was perfect for myself, husband and son for a relaxing long weekend.

Very friendly and responsive host. Welcomed my two dogs.Lovely home with large fenced in back yard. Close to town and shopping as well as any outdoor activity you could ask for. A wonderful stay all the way around.

We've stayed here several times. We love the area and the convenience of this VRBO. It's works well for our dog and is convenient for biking into old town or driving up the canyon for a day hike. We will likely stay again!

Stayed for my wedding nearby. Host was very thoughtful to come and congratulate us promptly after arriving. Property is as described but lacks cleanliness. Floors were dirty, sheets were dirty upon arriving, bugs everywhere in the kitchen/bedroom/bathroom. Wasn’t very well stocked with essentials like paper towels or toilet paper. We had to buy the property more trash bags due to not being able to find any where host had suggested they were. Overall was an okay property and was perfect for the occasion, just wish it was more clean and stocked.
