We loved everything about this home and location, it really worked perfect for our family with adult kids. The beds were very comfortable and definitely one of the cleanest homes we have rented on 30 A!

Family of 6 - adults & teens… Great space, location, communication, and very clean! We arrived HOURS early and were able to get into the house right away which was awesome! We paid to heat the pool and it was warm enough to comfortably swim at night but refreshing enough during the day. (Could have been vacuumed a bit better, but was still wonderful!) Was worried when I read the square footage online - thought the rooms may be cramped - not at all! We’ve stayed on 30A multiple times and this one did not disappoint - hard to go wrong in this area!

Where the house is located makes for relaxing and enjoyable stay! No traffic or people noise. House was clean and fit our family of 5 great. We did find beds harder then we like. Enough basic items to set you up for a day or so.
Pool was perfect for none beach days and evening swims. Pool deck was dirty and most chairs where broken.
We found the walk to the beach easy. Parking is extremely limited. Public beach access is limited. A lot of people in a small area of public beach.
If you like staying in this area I would definitely recommend this home.
